signs and wonders accompanied Jesus’ ministry and bore witness to his divinity; signs and wonders, then, gave testimony to the fact that Jesus’ disciples truly had the same Holy Spirit empowering their ministry. Jesus said, “for where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” life for the church is communal, and it is Spirit-driven, and those two aspects of Christian life go together. do your church relationships reflect and work towards this reality?
Lord, infuse our relationships—saturate them in your presence. redeem them from the menial—from surface relationships where we put on a face—and turn them into breeding grounds for Your redemptive power.
