paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle, set apart for the gospel of God, which he promised beforehand through his prophets in the holy Scriptures, concerning his Son, who was descended from david according to the flesh and was declared to be the Son of God in power according to the Spirit of holiness by his resurrection from the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord, through whom we have received grace and apostleship to bring about the obedience of faith for the sake of his name among all the nations, including you who are called to belong to Jesus Christ, [rom 1:1-6]

may today be a day, we revel in the glory of God’s story!

God’s story – that has been unfolding from before our time began and that was written down for us long before it happened. God’s story that reveals his pursuit of us from before time began. God’s story that provides rescue from our overwhelming and condemning sin. God’s story that calls us to be with him. God’s story that calls us to tell others – they can be with God through Jesus Christ.

what does it look like to revel in God’s story today?

how can you celebrate what he has done in you?

how can you celebrate what he is doing in you?

how can you celebrate what he is doing in others around you that you are getting to see and be a part of?

how can you and how will you celebrate God’s story today?

but i have trusted in your steadfast love; my heart shall rejoice in your salvation. i will sing to the Lord, because he has dealt bountifully with me. [psalm 13:5-6]
