long have I known from your testimonies that you have founded them forever. [psalm 119:152]
your testimonies – all of God’s words … are his words, his voice.
that you have founded them – they come from, originate in God’s heart and mind and come from his very being. he speaks truth because he is Truth. his testimonies are righteous because he is Righteous. he gives life through his words because he is Life.
founded them forever – “the grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever.” [is 40:8] this is true! God’s words, his truth will stand forever. but also true is his word is from forever. let these words soak into your heart and mind today. he is Truth and his truth is from before our time began and will stand till after our time ends! amen!
