the psalmist recognized the source of his being, his life was God alone.
every breath that he took was because God filled his lungs.
every step that he took on solid ground was because God protected.
every sip of water that he took was because God provided.
when we idolize others, they will leave us disappointed. oh, but when we truly delight in the Lord…
we are covered with a peace that we can’t explain other than to give God the glory.
and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. philippians 4:7
we can rejoice in every circumstance because He is worthy to be praised no matter what chaos ensues.
rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. philippians 4:4-8
