therefore, if anyone is in Christ he is a new creation. the old has passed away; behold, the new has come. [2 corinthians 5:17]

in Christ, i am made new. i’m given a new name, a new identity. my flesh may not change, but my heart, my soul, my ultimate desire, the true me, is a completely new and different creation. i am holy, set apart for the glory of God, and now am free to have satisfaction in him. so if i am in Christ, who is this new me? who am i in Christ?
