that one has died for all, therefore all have died. [2 cor 5:14b]

by his death he “redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us” (gal. 3:13) because God “made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” (2 cor 5:21)

believers this is our hope. our joy.

God, we cry out to you in worship. in thankfulness. this is how we are able to shine. we have died to your wrath toward sin thanks to Jesus’ perfect sacrifice. please Lord, bring us to our knees in worship. knit us together as a community, a community that sees the power of your sacrifice, that sees the power of your love. one has died for all, therefore all have died. therefore we can be in your presence. therefore you are with us.

amen

i pray this prayer echos in your heart today. i pray you can see the joy of the presence of the Lord today as you worship him.
