when the Spirit moves in power – the move of the enemy is not usually far behind.

questions:
do you believe there is an enemy that is seeking to kill and destroy your life in Christ?
be sober-minded; be watchful. your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. [1 peter 5:8]
do you live and act like there is an enemy seeking to kill and destroy your life in Christ?
resist him (the devil), firm in your faith, … [1 peter 5:9]
do you understand the enemy’s hatred and pursuit of you is not unique?
… knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world. [1 peter 5:9]
today,
“be sober-minded, be watchful” – Lord, wake me to enemy’s pursuit of me, my friends, my family!
“resist him, firm in your faith,” – by your Spirit, allow me to resist him, help me believe the power of the empty tomb is greater than the darkness of this world!
“… knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced” – i pray for for the leaders of our body, my believing friends, and those i know across this country and world – that you would wake them to your power and love, and remind them they are not alone in this battle.
