all scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, [2 timothy 3:16]
all scripture is…profitable. being corrected, needing to be taught…these are all things that don’t always sound fun. do you believe scripture is profitable? that experiencing reproof will be beneficial? for you? for others?
the presence of God through his word is refining. it can be hard, but it will be beautiful. be encouraged today to sit in God’s presence through his word. it will always prove profitable for growing in intimacy with Christ.
