art@matthias is a creative ministry at matthias which began in the summer of 

2009.  through this ministry, the body of matthias has been given the 

opportunity to view the work of several artists who believe their creativity is 

a gift given to them from God and therefore should be used to give Him glory.  

every week we continue this journey of exploring new ways to worship through 

creativity. this ministry is not just for those who work in photography or show 

paintings at galleries.  this ministry is for those who enjoy the act of being 

creative in photography, painting, drawing, video editing, writing,

graphic design, etc.

the vision for this ministry is for the artists in our community to see a new and

exciting way for us to worship our Father who has graciously bestowed upon 

us so many gifts and talents that we most certainly should be exhausting for 

His glory.

on november 4th a new and improved art@matthias will begin and continue 

every week by displaying the creative work of our God given talents.  if you
